I still wish I had more visits on my Zest 'passport'! I used each visit to escape the daily grind and take time out for myself and I felt so relaxed and balanced after each visit. I had two favourites (although all were amazing) which were getting my head massage and fantastic hair cut which I love. The other was the Vichy shower which made my whole body feel as though it had a complete overhaul. Thank you to you and your great staff for making every visit a memorable and enjoyable one. It was so good I just purchased one for my friend for her B'day. I look forward to more passport type of promotions to indulge in!

I just wanted to thank you for the best facial I have ever had. My therapist was brilliant, her hands were magic as they worked the stress away. The hand and foot massage was an added bonus to a wonderful morning. The rooms are tranquil and serene, lightly lit by candles with pleasant music that makes you just drift off into another world of devine and calm thoughts. The most relaxing heavenly way to spend a day. The experience almost left me in tears , because I realised I don't do enough pampering for myself. I Resolved that day that I will definately take better care of me, both body and spirit .
