Cancellations

If you need to cancel, do us a favour and give us some notice. We are really disappointed when you don’t turn up and just feel terrible taking your cancellation fee!

To avoid an awkward situation, just give us a call the day before your appointment (at the latest) and you won’t have to pay 50% of your booked treatment price.

After all, we do exactly the same! If we need to reschedule you at the drop of a hat, we add a complimentary treatment to your booking to the value of 50% of your booked treatment!
